Logging to your account and click on setting option
Open your account option and click on your mail account which you want to remove from your yahoo account
After clicking a box will show here click on Remove mailbox option
After this yahoo again ask your confirmation so if you are sure then click on remove mail box.
Now your Gmail account has been disconnecting from your yahoo mail account.
Click on save option for saved your all process.
