• Do check internet connection and speed because if your server or internet connection is slow then it will create problem by slowing down the mail use and making attachments to be downloaded slowly.
• Check if there is some unwanted attachment. Some computers do not allow downloading files that contains sometimes unusual. If there is any unwanted email then one must be aware of what the file is all about.
